It is again my honor to serve as your Region's Committee person for the National Oil Bargaining negotiations. As we roll thru the month of January and this set of negotiations I will attempt to keep you guys up to date on any progress as it develops and get your feedback on the proposals and then in turn make sure your interest are heard in the room.

Attached to this note are the materials and instructions needed to participate in the national day of action, make sure your Local is participating in this action in order to send the needed message to this Industry. Also, all sites should be distributing the handbills that have been being sent out at your respective sites, I have attached the most recent handbill.
