Attached is the latest general message (see post below), as things heat up here in Austin, it does not look like this Industry is taking us serious. I would encourage every site to make some noise over these offers and send a message that we are a force to be reckoned with and we will not take a sub-par contract.

Concerted action is our most valuable tool and at this point it need to be unleashed and send a strong message that we are upset over the lack of attention to our proposals.

Use all the tools at your disposal the next couple days to bring this message to District 13 and let the Industry know that we are not going to be silent while they attempt to gut our contracts with language over fatigue, diminish our Heath and Safety Representative role and give us meaningless language on PSM training all while supplying sub-par wages.

Help your Delegates here in Austin by acts of solidarity over our message and force this Industry to come to the table with a fair deal. Oil Policy more than any other time needs every site to get pissed off over the message that has been sent through the last offer, don't act like this is a separate process from your site, bring the message to every Supervisor, Superintendent, Plant Manager and H.R Representative you can find. Mobilize your members in this effort and help us be successful here in Austin.
