The Committee consisting of Alan Shefield, Shane Dickson, Jacob Douglas accompanied Staff Representative Ben Lilienfield to Beaumont for Negotiations traing. The training is set up to provide insight into the process, work at the bargaining table,  and how to work through negotiations. We will continue to prepare for our next negotiations.
