We're getting reports of Shell staff personnel contacting our brothers and sisters about how to operate the process units. Apparently, the Shell staff employees are struggling at the Complex. While we're not advocating that our brothers and sisters in operations don't talk to these people, we must note that, during negotiations prior to strike, Brother Lee Medley asked the Company if they wanted us to turn the site over hot or cold, and they decided they wanted to receive it up and running. Keep in mind that this strike is about safety; so, use your best judgement if you're contacted.
