In Loving Memory of Our Vice President, Reverend James E. Daniels Vice President, Reverend James Daniels was a member and activist of Local 13-1. He was a member of the laborers union, AFSCME, OCAW, PACE, and USW and a union member for over 50 years. He was raised in Texas during the Jim Crow era. His work in Civil Rights is unprecedented, and his life work exemplary.
